Since a young boy I had an interest and growing passion for food. For many years I worked in a variety of establishments. I began my career in a small local restaurant in my home town and over a few years rose to Executive Chef at five-star international hotels managing multiple outlets and teams of staff. About 15 years ago I decided to put my years of experience and knowledge into training aspiring hospitality students. I have worked for most TAFE’s in Melbourne, a university and many private training organisations. I have also been involved with curriculum development for both the local and international hospitality market to meet the needs of local apprentices and international students. In 2006 I spent time in China developing a hospitality training school working with local trainees. Graeme Krause
As a young woman I developed a passion for food and enjoyed animated dinner parties around my dining table. That passion led me to working with one of Australia’s oldest and most well known food companies with a strong presence in food service. During this time I became immersed in the hospitality industry.
Graeme and I dreamed of one day developing a school where we could share our knowledge and passion for this exciting, flamboyant industry. In 2005 TrainingFirst Australia opened its doors and since then has been serving the industry through hospitality training, business development and coaching. Jeanette Reed
