Many employers enjoy this style of training because they don’t loose their trainees/apprentices to TAFE one day a week. The employer is involved with the apprentices training and kept informed of their trainees/apprentices progress.

Our commitment to Employers

Employees will receive training that is within the curriculum guidelines; we add in electives relevant to the employer’s business and the trainees dream. The employer and trainee will agree to a training plan prior to training commencing that best suits the business operation. This is discussed and agreed to prior to commencement of training. Both the employer and their staff have easy access to the trainer, support staff and services.
